Link Lake. I don't remember all the trees and stuff in the water. The last time I was here, It was pre blowdown. I wonder if Link had some damage from the blowdown. We caught a couple smallies here, and a few northerns, but nothing too spectacular. I always thought Link was a little deeper, but in the middle, I was only charging 12ft of water on the fish finder.........AMAZING.
We decided to "mix and match" canoe and fishing partners on this daytrip. Tony and I went out together, while Joe and John went together, and SmallieSaver and Rick went together. This was interesting, and allowed us to get to know each other. A good idea for groups with newer members.
