The other rented canoes.  I think I like kevlar when we are tripping, but rolayex or even aluminum when base camping.  The royalex, and aluminum are much better fishing platforms.  Since we didn't travel too far on this trip, I think I would have saved the money and rented a rolayex.  Actually, on this trip, Chms actually negotiated a really decent deal on that kevlar canoe.  He ended up purchasing that canoe.  Not too bad.
From Left To Right........Tony, Rick, and Chms.  Joe is still in the canoe.  These guys made GREAT tripping companions.  I hope they come back.  I'd love to do another trip with them.  Maybe in the spring, when the fishing is better.
SmallieSaver with a decent northern.  Like I said, we really didn't catch too many fish.  This was probably one of the larger fish that we caught that trip.
Tony fishing for smallies on Third Bay of Saganaga.
